Description
Trypsin is a member of the serine protease family. Trypsin cleaves peptides on the C-terminal end of lysine and arginine amino acid residues. ZABCBio recombinant trypsin is a genetically engineering protein expressed in yeast and the amino acid sequence of recombinant trypsin is identical to porcine pancreas-derived trypsin, with equivalent properties compared to native trypsin .
No animal derived products are used in the fermentation, purification, and final formulation.
The enzyme is inhibited by serine protease inhibitors, e.g. PMSF,soybean trypsin inhibitor and by metal chelating agents, e.g.EDTA.
Recombinant Trypsin is widely used in various biotechnology processes.Protein digestion and sequencing
